Managing Your CRM Deals: Tools, Views, and Statuses

The deals section will show the user a complete list view of different deals that are present in the system. The user will also be able to create a deal directly from the deals interface in the CRM.

Add Deal

The user is able to create a new deal in the system based on the following details:
  1. Deal Information

    • Assign To

    • Closing Date

    • Name

    • Status

    • Deal Value

    • Contact

  2. Property Details

    • Type

    • Location

    • Bedrooms

    • Bathrooms

    • Price Range - MinMax

  3. Once the user clicks on the Submit button, the deal is created in the system.

Filters & Views

The deals interface allows the user to create any view based on the selected properties and also enables them to filter out the search results.

Create View

The Select View button allows the user to use a previously saved view and also an option to create a new view based on the following settings:
  1. View Name
  2. Option to save a view as a default (Checkbox)
  3. Table Columns
    1. Name

    2. Owner

    3. Status

    4. Deal Value

    5. Closing Date

    6. Created At

User will be able to drag the table columns to adjust the order to be reflected on the screen and also be able to disable any table column (except for Name)
  1. Pre-Selected Filters
    1. Owner
Pre-selected filters will have two conditional logic that is IS EQUAL TO & IS NOT EQUAL TO
The user will be able to create the new view by clicking on the Save button.

List View

The list view will show the user a complete list of deals present in the system. Users will be able to select any particular deal to navigate to the detail view page.

Kanban View

The user will be able to switch to the Kanban view where all the deals will be listed in their associated status:
  • Knowing Demands
  • First Visit

  • Multiple Visits

  • Offer

  • Reservation

  • 10% Contract

  • Signing DEED

  • Lost

  • Won

Users will be able to select any particular deal to navigate to the detail view page.

Filtering Options

The user will be allowed to filter out the deals based on the following options:
  • Status

    • Knowing Demands

    • First Visit

    • Multiple Visits

    • Offer

    • Reservation

    • 10% Contract

    • Signing DEED

    • Lost

    • Won

  • Owner

    • List of agents in the system to choose from

Users will be able to search for a specific deal by deal name.

Deal Details

The Deal Details Section will display all relevant details about the deal such as Deal Name, Contact, Owner, Status, Deal Value, Closing and Created at

The user should be able to quickly edit the deal by clicking on the Pencil Icon on the top left corner of the deal name.

Once the user clicks on any particular deal, the user should be able to navigate to the deal details page where all the deal information will be shown to the user including the following tabs and should be able to edit the deal details as well:

Deal Overview

The deal overview should show a quick overview of the deal details and contact information. 

Activities

The user will be able to view all the associated activities for the particular deal that involves SMS, emails, calls, notes, tasks, etc. This tab will show the activity logs of the selected deal.

Details

The details tab will provide the user with all the information associated with a deal i.e deal information and property details along with an option to add and save notes for the deal.

Contact Info

The contact info tab will show the user list of contacts and their role that are associated with the particular deal. The user can also create a new contact and configure its role.

Properties

The user will be able to approve, reject and revoke approval on a property and also add properties from the system.
The properties tab will allow the user to add the property in the provided list of Kanban view:
  • Preselect (Allows the user to add the properties from the system)
  • Rejected By Agent

  • Proposed

  • Pending

  • Interested

  • Rejected

  • Approved

The user will be able to drag and drop the property into different lists to reflect the status for each property.


Tasks

The user will be able to create a task for the deal and preview the list of tasks already created. The user will be able to mark the task as completed.

Notes

Users will be allowed to add notes for the particular deal and see the list of all notes added earlier into the system. Users will be allowed to add comments on the published notes.

Emails

The user will be allowed to view the emails associated with the deal.

Calls

The user is allowed to create a task for the deal and preview the list of tasks already created in the system. The user can also mark the task as completed, add a comment and filter out the tasks by status and priority.

Whatsapp

The user will be able to send a WhatsApp message to the contact associated with the deal directly and preview the WhatsApp chat history for multiple contacts.

Meetings

The user will be allowed to create a meeting by adding the relevant details and the participant's name. The user will have the option to create a meeting as public or private. 

Attachments

The user will be able to upload different kinds of files into the system (Media, Document, Audio).

Deal Status

The deal can be converted into any status.
