Creating a Company Email Signature in Tesoro

Step-by-Step Guide


Step 1: Access Company Settings


1. Click on the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Select “My Company” from the dropdown menu.




Step 2: Add a New Company Signature


1. On the right side of the panel, click on the “Email Settings” tab.

2. Click on the plus sign to add a new signature.




Step 3: Enter Signature Details


1. Enter a name for the signature in the “Signature Name” field.

2. Use the editor provided to compose your signature.


Step 4: Add Dynamic Variables


1. In the editor, locate the “Add Dynamic Variable” button on the bottom right.

2. Click on it to open a panel with various dynamic variables.

3. Click on the desired dynamic variable to insert it into your signature. These variables dynamically pull user and company information.




Step 5: Insert Company Information


1. You can include the company name, address, phone number, email, and website by using the dynamic variables.

2. Additionally, upload your company logo by clicking the middle button on the right side of the editor, next to the “Add Dynamic Variable” button.

1. To set the created signature as the default, toggle the default button.





Step 7: Duplicate and Translate Signature


1. To create a signature in another language, click the “Duplicate” button at the top.

2. Select the copy, rename it (e.g., “Company Signature Dutch”), and translate the content.

3. For instance, replace “Best Regards” with “Met vriendelijke groeten” and adjust other terms accordingly.

4. Save the translated signature.
